Silly old Isaac Hayes has quit South Park

What a twerp, for leaving because he insulted their silly religion, Scientology. It's the dumbest thing in the world for a religion to be insulted. It's a belief system, for Chrissakes! What do they expect? A little healthy satire has to be welcomed, and any reasonably secure person - or religion - should be able to shrug off a few insults and satire.

It was an excellent episode, though, it has to be said: probably the best South Park episide yet. It's the "Trapped in the closet" episode, that takes the piss out of Tom Cruise and his alleged homosexuality. Cruise won't admit to being gay. The episode can be watched here.

I've got to say that I found Scientology to be quite fucking evil. I encountered a bunch of them at Goodge Street in London a few years back, performing their "personality tests". They were extremely threatening, nasty, manipulative and abusive bastards. The organisation should be outlawed, its buildings demolished and its leaders shot, in my opinion. My advice to anybody is to stay clear of the creeps. They build the careers of people like Travolta and Cruise just so they'll be spokespeople for the organisation: they're walking "shop windows" for the "success" of the organisation. What better way to attract kids than for them to think they might one day be like John Travolta or Tom Cruise? I confess I did actually considered joining the organisation purely to go along with their game, and play the scam with them. I just didn't have the heart to do so. Others do, though. Heigh ho!

It's interesting how Scientologists prey upon the most open minded, young people. They use techniques that are linked to very basic psychological principles, and focus on subconscious fears and belief systems within the individual. Much of what they do is actually brainwashing. It's an invasive form of hypnosis. Psychological abuse, no doubt about it. Watch them at work: they let older, wiser people walk straight past.

L Ron Hubbard , founder of Scientology, was just a manipulator. A second rate science fiction writer, second rate disciple of Aleister Crowley, and a nasty little mind fucker.
